The first point I want to emphasize in this episode is that all of the amazing people that inspire you have a rockstar team backing them up. They don’t need to be doing it all on their own anymore and neither do you.
The secret behind the curtain for the multi 7 or 8 figure business owner is - making, creating, and investing in your team. I know you’re probably thinking that paying someone to help you is just another expense that may not be worth it, but this enables you to focus on leading and gives you space within your business to create.
The biggest and best investment you can make is to focus on your team and on your ability to choose great people. This will lift the weight off of your shoulders so you can expand into the fullest version of yourself.
When you invest in your team, you’re investing in your support system.
