Sometimes, the most helpful thing is having a trusted expert step in and simply get the work done — properly.
In specific situations, I step directly into a business to help implement critical work.
This might include clarifying roles, designing hiring assets, supporting key team conversations, or accelerating time-sensitive people challenges.
These consulting days are not the standard way I work — but when they’re the right solution, they create strong, immediate momentum.
Availability is limited, and these days are offered selectively, based on fit and timing.
